TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services ordered from or provided to you by Maison MAJ Concierge (“Maison MAJ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting or using our services, you agree that these Terms and Conditions govern your membership and all services provided to you.

 

1.DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

1.1 Definitions:

•“Maison MAJ Concierge” refers to Maison MAJ Concierge LLC, a global concierge and lifestyle management company with operations in the United States (USA) and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
•“Member” means an individual or entity that has been accepted into the Maison MAJ Concierge membership program.
•“Membership” refers to the concierge and lifestyle management services provided by Maison MAJ Concierge.
•“Membership Fees” refers to the annual or monthly fees paid for access to membership benefits.
•“Personal Lifestyle Manager” refers to the dedicated concierge assigned to the Member.
•“Supplier” means any third-party service provider, vendor, or partner engaged by Maison MAJ Concierge to provide services or products to a Member.
•“Request” means a request placed by a Member for Maison MAJ Concierge to arrange the supply of goods or services from a Supplier.
•“Services” refers to all concierge and lifestyle management services provided by Maison MAJ Concierge.
 

1.2 Interpretation

(a) References to “you” and “your” refer to the Member.
(b) Any reference to “writing” includes email communications.
(c) References to “law” or “laws” include applicable regulations in UAE, USA, and other jurisdictions where services are provided.

2. MEMBERSHIP TERMS

2.1 Membership Acceptance

•All membership applications are subject to approval at Maison MAJ Concierge’s sole discretion.
•Membership is non-transferable and for personal use only.
•Maison MAJ Concierge reserves the right to refuse or cancel membership at any time without disclosure of reason.

2.2 Membership Fees & Payments

•Membership fees must be paid in advance, either annually or monthly, as agreed.
•Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or approved payment methods.
•All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms.
 

2.3 Membership Cancellation & Renewal

•Members may cancel their membership with 30 days’ written notice before their renewal date.
•If no cancellation request is received, membership will automatically renew for the next term.
•Maison MAJ Concierge reserves the right to update pricing and will notify members of any changes before renewal.

3. SERVICES & MEMBER REQUESTS

3.1 Scope of Services

Maison MAJ Concierge offers a range of bespoke lifestyle services, including but not limited to:
•Travel & Accommodation (private jets, hotels, luxury villas)
•Event Planning (exclusive parties, corporate functions)
•Personal Shopping & Styling
•Luxury Experiences & VIP Access
•Private Security & Transportation
•Real Estate & Relocation Services

3.2 Submitting Requests

•Members may submit Requests via phone, email, or Maison MAJ’s dedicated member portal.
•Requests will be handled during business hours, with 24/7 assistance for VIP members.
•Requests are subject to availability, and Maison MAJ Concierge makes no guarantees on Supplier availability or pricing.

3.3 Third-Party Suppliers

•Maison MAJ Concierge acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for the actual provision of goods or services.
•Members acknowledge that all transactions with Suppliers are subject to the Supplier’s terms & conditions.
•Maison MAJ Concierge is not liable for disputes or service failures caused by Suppliers.

4. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 Accurate Information

•Members must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.
•Failure to do so may result in membership suspension or cancellation.

4.2 Payment Responsibilities

•Members must ensure timely payments for requested services.
•Any additional fees, including cancellation or late fees imposed by Suppliers, are the Member’s responsibility.

4.3 Proper Use of Services

•Members must not use Maison MAJ Concierge services for illegal, unethical, or fraudulent activities.
•Maison MAJ Concierge reserves the right to refuse service to any Member engaging in inappropriate conduct.

5. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, & RETURNS

5.1 Service Cancellations

•Requests canceled after confirmation may be subject to cancellation fees imposed by Suppliers.
•Travel bookings, event reservations, and certain luxury experiences may have strict no-refund policies.

5.2 Refund Policy

•Membership fees are non-refundable after the initial 14-day cooling-off period for new members.
•Refund requests for third-party services must be made directly with the Supplier, subject to their policies.

6. LIABILITY & LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

6.1 No Guarantee of Service

•Maison MAJ Concierge does not guarantee the availability of specific products or services.
•Services are subject to market conditions, pricing fluctuations, and Supplier availability.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

•Maison MAJ Concierge shall not be liable for:
•Any loss or damage arising from Supplier failures, delays, or misconduct.
•Any personal injury, accidents, or property damage occurring during services booked through us.
•Force Majeure events (e.g., acts of God, travel bans, legal restrictions).
•Maximum liability shall not exceed the Member’s annual membership fee.

7. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

•Maison MAJ Concierge is committed to protecting Member privacy.
•Personal information will be processed in accordance with:
•UAE Data Protection Law
•USA Privacy Laws (CCPA, GDPR where applicable)
•Maison MAJ Concierge may share Member data only with trusted partners to facilitate services.

8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1 Governing Law

•These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the State of Florida, USA.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

•Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiation.
•If a resolution is not reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Dubai or Miami, at Maison MAJ Concierge’s discretion.

9. GENERAL TERMS

•Maison MAJ Concierge reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
•Members will be notified of material changes before they take effect.
•The failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive the company’s right to enforce them later.
